Leanne founded Boardworx with the sole aim of inculcating her focus and energy into the world of CoSec and partnering with clients. She has over 15 years of experience, which brings a deep understanding and knowledge of this field and practical commercial
application. Leanne has a Bachelor of Business, a diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and is on Governance Institute of Australia’s Corporate and Legal Issues Committee.
Kirsty Lally

Company Secretary

Kirsty has over 15 years experience in accounting, finance and company secretarial, working with both large and small businesses, including Macquarie Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Erin McMullen

Administrative Assistant

Erin has worked in the Business Support field for the past 15 years. This has varied from Executive level support, Office Management and HR support.
